Ajay Gupta of Birch by Romeo Lane Granted Bail in Forgery Case | Goa News

Panaji: The co-owner of Birch by Romeo Lane, Ajay Gupta, has been granted bail. Meanwhile, Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra remain in custody, with their second bail applications scheduled to be heard on Tuesday.The Mapusa court will also pronounce its order on their anticipatory bail pleas in a document forgery case registered by Mapusa police.Gupta was earlier granted bail in February in the same alleged forgery case, where a health NOC was allegedly forged to obtain an excise licence for the nightclub.The police had registered a separate first information report based on a complaint by a health officer from Candolim primary health centre, alleging impersonation, forged signatures, and fake register entries to secure the licence. tnn
